FAQs
This trek consists of a short duration and shorter itinerary but still covers the higher altitude and proper mountain terrains inside the remote areas. So, the nature of this trek is considered medium or moderately easy for the trekkers. It also depends upon the experience of a person in trekking activities. If you are an experienced trekker then it could be easier than expected and if not you are a beginner in trekking then too it must not be that difficult than moderate difficulty.
You can only use Nepalese currency right now. Other than that no foreign currencies are being accepted inside the trial. Only a few luxury restaurants and cafes inside Pokhara accept a few foreign currencies but still is very uncertain. So, we recommend you carry Nuclease currency during your journey on this trek. You can exchange them in different money exchange stalls and shops in Pokhara with the International Money Exchange Rate.
Altitude sickness could happen after we gain an altitude above 3000m pulps of elevation from sea level and the altitude gain during the short Mardi Himal Trek goes up to 4500m this change happens during a very short duration of itinerary days, so the risk of altitude sickness increases automatically. It makes altitude sickness an important noted factor during this trek.
The minimum walk in this trekking journey is about 5 hours of continuous walking and about 7 to 8 hours of maximum walking per day. It also depends upon y7opu and your ability to walk in such ascending and descending trails in remote locations. If you could walk faster it could take a shorter duration and if you could not it also can take a longer duration. But it’s not about any competitive journey to do it quicker, we recommend you do your journey according to your personal preferences and enjoy every moment.
Yes, it is suitable for beginners too, and even it is on the list of the most recommended and best trekking journeys for beginners. As mentioned above the trail consists of mountain geography with the high altitude landmarks. So, if you are an absolute beginner then you may find it a bit difficult but it could get adventurous for you.

You can take them from the Tourism Board and the permitted travel agencies such as us in the frame. You need to have a valid visa and a legal ID of any form to move the forward procedure. Take them from the officials and with the proper information as it is very essential during the trekking journey inside such a diverse region as we also need to tackle permit checkpoints in different gateways.
